Buyers are responsible for verifying product details and communicating with sellers before making purchases. Mzansi Digital Market is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers and does not guarantee product quality or delivery.
The following items are prohibited on our platform: illegal goods, counterfeit products, weapons, drugs, stolen items, and any items that violate South African law. We reserve the right to remove prohibited listings and suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Mzansi Digital Market and VoilGroup (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. We provide the platform "as is" without any warranties.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
